This is a sturdy rosary with a very rough, monastic look. It more than serves it's purpose. However, if you're concerned more with aesthetics, this isn't the one for you.

I bought this to learn to say the Rosary since I am a not yet a Catholic and for that purpose it has been great. It seems very sturdy although it is not as beautiful as some I have seen. I'm glad a bought it.
