I bought this bracelet/necklace and fell in love. after only 4 times wearing I noticed a defect in the wire (it looked as though it was broken and had been glued.) One week later it broke and I lost several beads. It is not fixable and when I tried to get it replaced the message I got was "this is not company/manufacturer malfunction. You may only have a refund." I didn't want a refund! I wanted my bracelet! Good luck getting one that isn't broken.

I bought this necklace for my mom. She suffers from all kinds of aches and pains. She is really hard to shop for, so I was very hopeful about this and it turned out really well. She says it looks lovely and looks expensive. I don't know yet if it has helped her physically, but she has had some relief with a magnetic bracelet in the past, so I think she'll be pleased. I also don't know how the faux metals will wear over time, but for the $$, it is a good value.

This product is great. I run daily and I've always had to wear knee braces to do so, but after wearing this bracelet for a week I no longer need the braces.
