I ordered this as an accessory for a formal black gown hoping it would add some zing. When I opened the box I saw a very un-impressive, ho-hum piece of costume jewelry. It isn't as shiny or blingy as the photo. Rather dull metal. The center stone is a very dark blue that became invisible when placed on a black garment. I wanted to return the item since it was not as expected, but the Return Policy with this item was so complicated that I just gave it away. Overall, the item appears "junky".
