Looks good, exactly as described Aug 15, 2011
By S. Bird I love these earrings. I would love to have real plugs, but I don't want to do such damage to my ears. These look great without damaging your ears.
Do be careful...the 18g wire center is thicker than normal earrings so you might have some initial challenges getting them to fit in your ears.
Also, there is a very high nickel content in the stainless steel so if you have a rather severe nickel allergy (like me) you may have to take some additional steps to wear them.
Do not purchase from this company Jan 11, 2012
By Renita James I recently purchased these earrings as a Christmas gift. I made the horrific mistake of giving this company the wrong address. Once I realized my error i contacted the company immediately on a sunday night. It took them several days to reply to my email and once I did receive a reply it was a callous remark telling me it was too late, my items had been shipped and if my earrings werent returned I could file a claim. I understand small business security and not wanting to be cheated but I felt this was a litle too cold.
Exaclty what we were looking for Dec 19, 2011
By littlesb My son is obsessed with gauges, but i obviously will not allow him to damage his ears. These fake gauges were a perfect way to make everyone happy. He has pretty thick earlobes so they fit him well. My earlobes are a thinner and i assume they might not look as good with thin earlobes. The reason i gave this product only 4 stars was due to the fact they come unscrewed a little easy. I can't imagine the manufacturer can do anything to remedy this, but nevertheless i thought i would give a heads up. We just have my son hand tighten them often to ensure they don't get lost.
