Awesome!! Sep 14, 2010
By Mr. Yazen J. Qafisheh I was kind of unsure what to make of a Tungsten bracelet upon seeing it on the Internet but this bracelet is no joke! It is absolutely awesome. After seeing it online I did some research on Wikipedia about tungsten as a material and was quite curious to actually order it and see it in person and on my wrist. Let me tell you, I was extremely impressed with this bracelet! :D Tungsten is kind of a strange, mysterious element. Read up on it and you'll see what I'm talking about. I liked how on a scale of 1-10 where a diamond is a 10 in terms of its composition density, tungsten would be a 9. Thus evident from its weight compared to say... stainless steel or silver, which tends to be very light sometimes. When bracelet shopping I picked out ten potentials and saved Jpegs of them in a folder on my desktop. Then I ordered three of them. Two stainless steel ones, which were not bad, I guess, and this particular tungsten one. The stainless steel ones are already back on their way to California. They severely lacked in comparison to the tungsten one. Also the width of the tungsten one is more ideal and closer to what I had in mind when originally shopping. The stainless steel ones were disappointingly short in the width department. They looked weird on my wrist. This one, I would say, is approximately 80% of the width of my stainless steel watch on the other hand. Now I have a bracelet that compliments the nice shiny band of my watch as opposed to a goofy looking thin bracelet. Also, apparently tungsten is somewhat scratch resistant and maintains its shine in terms of jewelry better than anything else. This thing is ridiculously shiny in a very good way. You should see it when the sunlight hits it :D For the price it is definitely worth it. It cost as much as both the stainless steel bracelets put together and then add another [...]. But it is worth every penny. I love this bracelet and would highly recommend it over any of the stainless steel ones. It's pretty easy to adjust the size yourself if you know what you're doing.
