1. You may return an item within 30 days of delivery.  It must be in its original unused condition.  Late returns will not be accepted.

2. All returns & exchanges must be authorized and include a return authorization form.  Any unauthorized returns will be refused.

3. A return authorization form containing an original RMA # can be requested by contacting us at: (661)310-1659 or emailing us at customerservice@blueearthenterprises.com.

4. Original shipping fee is not reimbursed for returns & exchanges.  Exchanges must include a reshipping/reprocessing check or money order of $5 for domestic orders and $15 for international orders.

5. Customer is responsible for return postage as well as customs or duties.

6. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. For any returns that received a free shipping, you must include $5 reshipping fee.

8. If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the item only, excluding the shipping.

9. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a return authorization form with a return shipping label.

10. Returns and exchanges take approximately 1-3 weeks for processing.  We appreciate your patience!
