You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase. The items must be returned in its original condition for a refund or exchange. To return merchandise, please follow the steps below.
- For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the returned items for.
- Indicate a reason for your return on our shipping form.
- Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your purchased item, and a copy of the shipping form.
- YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR ADDRESS. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our address. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation on your package.
- Once your returned item is received, it will be processed with 10 business days. Blue Earth Enterprises will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued within 15 business days of receiving your returned item.
- If a package comes back to us marked as refused or unable to deliver. We will charge a 25% restocking fee. We will refund the cost of the product but not the shipping.
- If you received Free shipping, and you return an item for any non-defective reason a $5.00 shipping and handle fee will be included.
- Regarding Rings Please note: Because every printer is different the Amazon Sizing Chart almost NEVER works. So its best to size your finger at a jewelry store with a metal finger sizer.
- If you are returning an item for a different size. We will pay the shipping if we sent you an item other than what you ordered. If you want a size different that what you ordered you must include $5.00 for shipping & handling for domestic orders; $15.00 for international orders. Be sure to include the new size you want.
- If you return an item for an exchange for any non-defective reason you must include $5.00 for shipping & handling for domestic orders; $15.00 for international orders.
- If you return a Gold or Platinum item for any non-defective reason, there will be a 25% restocking charge on that item.
